S300 rev limiter issue

I have a b16a3 fully built with street tune my tuner didn't put two step / revlimiter and I'm trying to and I can't access any of those tabs and I can't even upload anything any ideas I try and set launch control and upload and it doesn't do anything I'm not understanding people make it looks so easy I can't access the revlimiter tab its all grayed out and can't click anything went threw all the categories trying to see if something was disabling it but nothing plz helpppp
