19' Accord 2.0 Stage 2 Tune for Bolt on Mods

I am currenlty running a Stage 2 Tune with all stock everything. I am planning on installing PRL Intake, exhaust, and HPS Charge Pipe. Would I just stick with the Stage 2 tune? Any mod specific tunes available? For some reason, I am unable to input modifications within flashpro.
Feedback?

Only the intake potentially requires tuning, so stay with the same calibration.

Any way to enable brake boosting?
