Hello everyone

I have a client car in, with a hondaata installed.
The car has a revlimiter on 4000 rpm and also if i try to connect kmanager, driver installed/ecu online but ignition off. Car runs only 4k limiter, but as i can't connect, i can't see faults ect.
I checked voltage on pin 9 of e connector and i got 12v

Any ideas

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

I discovered that the ecu is getting 12v, ign and ground but the kpro board isn't. The in with the single wire soldered to it, only gets 0.78 v
