R18A2 Turbo project - which ECU

Hello, I'm gathering a turbo kit for my FN1 Civic 1.8 - R18A2 engine. I know the FlashPro doesn't support the EU ECU, but I'll buy the US ECU which is supported, and I already ordered the flashpro for R18.
My question is, does it matter if I get an ECU from automatic or manual US R18 civic (I already found one from automatic one, but not sure should I get it)?
My car is manual.
