S300 v3 no datalog and 4000rpm rev limit

Hello guys.
I experience a problem with one of my s300 boards.
Serial number = 46200
Software version =2.7.5
Firmware =10
Calibration is for test a new p30 usdm file uploaded after i erased .
Vehicle is edm civic eg6 sir with the stock b16.
Using two ecu a p28 and a P30 both with new replaced capacitors in perfect working condition with other s300 v3 board.
The problem is that the ecu is not comunicate with s300 board which result to no datalog and 4000rpm rev limit.
When turn the key on the D3 led on the s300 stay on for a second and then shut off.
If ecu has communication with s300 board D3 led should stay on all the time.
Thats how an other s300 v3 board i have is working.
The problem is not from the socketing as did all the necessary tests for continuity with multimeter.
I have an other s300 v3 board with serial number 50201 which i tried and it worked perfect at the same ecu.
I also tried the faulty s300 board on the other known good ecu with same results.
Tested both on car and on engine simulator with same results
I believe that it is a firmware issue or the U1 chip .
Is there any way to reset or update the firmware ?
Does anyone know if this malfunction caused by any faulty component on the s300 board ?
