i unlocked flashpro prior to selling vehicle now its saying its locked when trying to connect to my new mugen si , am i screwed? and no i dont have contact with the person i sold it to unfortunately

You can RMA the FlashPro to be unlocked but it is expensive, since you only have the FlashPro hardware and not the reflash that it contains. Contact support@hondata.com with the FP serial.
