Weird idle

I have a 2005 acura rsx with k20a type r swap and kpro I was wondering if anyone is having this problem , it seems like the throttle is sticking alittle but it's not and I have the tps set perfectly, when I give it alittle bit of gas at idle and in natural it just hangs for a few seconds at about 1,200 rpms then drops back down to idle. I replaced the iacv with a brand new one and have no vaccume leaks.
