K-Pro V4 w/ AIM MXL Strada Issue

Hello,
The issue I'm having is when I turn ignition on the cluster powers up but I'm getting no data from the ECU.
If I have KManager open and when I press Upload Changes (my tune) it sends signal to the cluster, which means, it's working.
But then if I power off the car then power on the data isn't there and I have to "upload changes" again for it to show data.
I have it connected via CANL and CANH
