When looking over the data log it shows my TPS running 100% when closed?? im assuming i may have switched the map and tps plugs by accident, is there a possibility my map sensor fried out????

You will have to verify they are plugged in correctly and then make sure you calibrate the TPS properly as well.

The TPS does not appear to be calibrated correctly as it is at 9% when trying to start and should be at zero.

The MAP is reading 22 kPA cranking - it should be around 100 kPa. So either the MAP is bad or the calibration setting is wrong.

I calibrated the tps to 0.5 closed, car fires up better but it doesn't completely starts. I'm sending the datalog of it trying to start with the calibrated tps

The MAP stays at 22 kPA no matter what else happens so it is either the wiring or MAP sensor. If you switched the TPS and MAP then the MAP probably is toast. Another silent curse that Honda used different plugs for everything in the vehicle apart from the two connectors next to each other.

Also note that if a MAP sensor is wired incorrectly even for a split second it will damage the MAP sensor and it will have to be replaced.
Details on calibrating the TPS can be found at:

I understand but before my car was starting with the same wire set up and 4 bar, I replaced the trans and fixed the tps and it doesn’t want to start completely also I tried my stock map sensor and calibrated it to match it and it still didn’t start up completely
