Unable to Start New Calibration

Hey guys,
I've tuned my car a long time ago, in the past (only A/F ratios), and I can't seem to start a new calibration and I'm unsure why. The option to start a new calibration is grayed out, and everything under "File" is grayed out. I have updated my flashpro's firmware and my hondata software to the latest versions, too.
For context, the reason I want to re-tune some things is because my MPG isn't doing as well as I'd like, or maybe i just tuned it poorly to begin with, but I'm trying to load a basemap to work from there.
