Problem: red light flashing on ecu

So I was curious if anyone has dealt with the problem I’m going through. I got a 00 teg with a turbo b16 in it with an s300. It seems as though when my car got to “running temp” (as far as I know not overheating) my car would all the a sudden start to stutter real hard and a red light keeps flashing on my ecu. It feels like a misfire to me honestly but I’ve noticed it has only happened when it I guess gets “hotter than usual” I also took a temp gun to the radiator and the swirl pot both at around 160ish (I also know this is not super accurate) I just don’t know what the damn issue is 🤦‍♂️ if I let it cool down we’re all good till the temp rises. I know Hondata has some sort of thing with heat and cutting timing or something ?? The red light only flashes when it starts to stutter.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Post the calibration as well as a datalog showing when this happens.
