Application error
I recently started having problems with my ECU, or the S300 unit. I noticed I wasn't able to rev over 4000rpm, and when I looked at the s300 board, the bottom green light was flashing red. So I hooked up my laptop to it, and clicked the datalog button. It said that I have 16 error codes, and then I get a message that pops up. I'll type what it says.

And, everything ran fine until about a week or two ago.

What has changed since it last worked?

Re: Application error
I got new wheels and tires. I know that wouldn't do anything, but that's all that has been changed since it worked. The electrical tape fell off of d14, and it touched the ECU, I'm not sure if that could have shorted something out inside the ECU.
Re: Application error
Have you restarted the laptop, and tried uploading your calibration to the ECU again?

Re: Application error
it won't let me upload the calibration. The progress bar for the upload stops, and I got a popup that says

Re: Application error
If you go to the New calibration button and open a new calibration , can you upload that?

Re: Application error
nope, same problem. the progress bar gets a little further, but still stops.
Re: Application error
With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Re: Application error
I figured it out! I took the ECU back out, spread flux on the whole board, and reflowed the solder on every solder point. When I hooked it back up and turned the key to on, d2 turned green, and I was able to upload a calibration, and I was able to rev over 4000rpm
