I just swapped a 2004 DC5 Type R K20A into my 2005 RSX Type S.

My mods are...

RBC Manifold plus 70mm TB
Injec CAI
BuddyClub RACE Header (pretty huge primaries, noit the normal one)
Thermal 3" Catback
Stock 310cc Inj's
-7 iridium plugs (in case you've changed heat ranges...)

If you like I have a street tuned map that has gone through 20+ minor revisions to be as good to daily drive as it is at WOT, unlike a lot of KALs that just dial in your AFR, Timing, and maybe some VTec Angle tweaks to make a peak number.

I'm posting 3 maps.

Please log and verify on your own car!

ALL are tuned for US Spec 93oct ☆☆RON+MON/2

For you Shnurokkk, thatd be like your Shell VPower with a 99 RON number or so just as a heads up.

First is titled "Rev 6.2 ..." this is what I'm currently running and is tweaked for WINTER and IAT's in the 25°F to 55°F range, there's a pretty large difference in the fueling being fattened up.
13.1afr target on HiCam.
50° -> ~ 25° VTC
3800rpm VTec Engagement
VTec Oil PSI Sensor DISABLED (K20A Swap, will change eventually)
This tune made 241whp and 165wtq on a dynojet with a 1.00CF, its a good daily driver but IF you're concerned about Fuel economy, the part throttle is not tuned to be Stoich or a bit leaner, it's a tiny bit richer than that.

Note*** My Alternator took a shit so that is why the .KAL is titled that way....
REV6.2 added rpm table WOT Comp 13.1-4th-5th-6th Gear AFR Issue BATT.kal

Second is R19

This map is basically for any temp from 45° F and up. Fuel Compensation by temp has been tuned, AFR Target on this is 13.2:1. Cam Angle tables have been Smoothed. Instead of big jumps by RPM, say 50° at 4500rpm then 45/40° at 4750rpm...they've been blended, start and end points are still about 48° vtc to close to 20° vtc up top.
Brians (Rev.19)v2 (Blended)(Vtec4400)(OG Cam Angles)(+9FuelComp).kal
Third is R21

Same as R19, however this map employs a more standard Cam Angle map, no super small and smooth changes in angle, just a slightly more aggressive phasing. This particular map made 234whp on a Mustang dyno on 93°

R21 -4% 30Deg high cam fuel.kal
