had a few questions about setting up Wideband closed loop on smanager. Currently the setup is

B18C turbo, Bosch 1300cc injectors, OEM fuel pressure and AEM wideband with the 4.9 sensor. At this stage just want to use closed loop to stabilize mixtures at idle and light load. Car idles at about 1.6ms but mixtures tend to fluctuate more then ideal.

* Does it matter what ECU pin the wideband is configured to ? Currently utilising the D10 ELD pin. Which doesnt see the full 0 - 5v range obviously. It sees up to about 3.5V of the analogue specture.

* Is there a more reliable / prefered method with closed loop. Target voltage or target lambda

* Does the close loop ignore teritary fueling conditions such as throttle "tip in" or "over run etc

* When using closed loop will it actually make physical adjustments to the fuel tables ? or is it just a trim the constantly operates in the background.

* Given what the objective is here and the setup detail. Could you suggest a good starting point for the closed loop settings?

Remove R136 and R138 from your ECU and you will be able to see the full 0-5V on D10.

Hopefully someone else will chime in with answers to your other questions.

It is up to you and what you find works best with your setup. You can try both and see which one works best for you.

It is an overall fuel trim which will have an effect on all fueling. IT does not modify the fuel tables.

This is something you will have to experiment with and see what works best with your modifications and driving habits.
