Shakedown MAP issue; 933 PSI????

Hello everyone, I hope you can help, please.

I'm prepping my car for tuning next week and I'm slowly incrementing boost to see if / how everything is running.

I am getting a very strange reading on my MAP sensor of 930+ PSI which is causing a boost cut (expected).
I've been through every setting to the best of my ability to no avail and cannot figure this one out.

Interestingly, the issue is present in 2nd and 3rd but not 4th or 5th as you can see by the attached DLs.
Also, the graph shows that TPS drops off before I get the crazy boost spike, I know for a fact that each time this happens TPS is at 100% and I let off when I witness the igniton cut if that makes sense.

The MAP is a genuine AEM 3.5 BAR sensor (30-2130-50), SManager has setting for the AEM sensor pre-configured, as part of my troubleshooting / due diligence I calculated that the settings are fractionally off so I have manually populated the settings for a "custom" sensor.
Please find below a link to the MAP sensor manual should you need to reference it:
https://www.aemelectronics.com/files/in ... Sensor.pdf

May I ask if someone would be kind enough to take a look for me, please?
I've attached my current calibration and datalog showing the issue at the following frames:

1057
1145
1745
1798
3240
5733
5777
13270
16541
17060

I'll gladly answer any questions have and really apprecaite you help.

Thank you everyone,

Sam.

Does it do this using the supplied scalar and offset built into the software for this sensor?

If it does, it looks like there may be an issue with your sensor. Have you tried a stock sensor?
