When I drove 120km/h on the highway, I found that “Knock control ”was more than 80%, and it was accompanied by several Kcount. Then,"return ECU to stock", I found that “Knock control ”was more than 98%,but Kcount was 0.What's the matter?

Without a datalog showing the issue, it's hard to say.

When you flash to stock, k control starts high and then with some driving it naturally lowers to 54%, so what you are describing seems to me that you used regular gas with your calibration, which caused knocks that made k control to go high and stay high.

If your fuel is good enough, your k count should rarely occur, and k control should stay at 54% on normal driving and only go up after intense use (each time you floor it then k control goes up a little, then slowly decreases back to 54% when you drive normally).

To eliminate k counts, use better quality fuel with more octanes, or flash to stock, which is very conservative and takes regular gas with almost no k counts.
