Running into an issue lately when ive been working on a tune with my integra Well be taking some pulls everything working fine, then ill hit a wall like i see alot of people post about, right around the 4-4500 rpm mark Couldn't figure it out that night took it home checked over all my fittings and fueling and everything. All looked good, tried a few pullls and had no luck, so i pulled the original tune file i had ( tune was set for 10lbs with same set up) and car would be fine and pull all the way through no issues. So we went back out and tried tuning again and adding more boost (manual boost controller) got it up to 18lbs at one point and thing where looking fine, my duty was maxed out, but still had pulled all the way through, went to do some more adjusting to better the afr and fueling and then hit the same wall at 4-4500 where it would almost seem like i was trying to use a rolling anti lag. Tried to adjust the table to fix it again and couldn't. Re uploaded my old file again and back to normal no issue, a pull or two later same issue. Reapeated this a few times thinking the uploads are just getting corrupt, and was headed back to the house and then we noticed on a pull or two that the duty just drops out at 4400 almost every time and we can't figure out if its the ecu or where to look. Any help is appreciated IM going to upload the og tune file, the new file 18lbs, and hopefully two datalogs showing the dips

Re: Duty drop out during pull
To me nothing looks off in your tune. Have you tried disabling launch control and seeing if that changes anything?
What is the specific part number of the spark plugs you are using? If you are not using a resistor type spark plug, it can cause radio interference that will make the car not run correctly and can present as an intermittent problem.

Re: Duty drop out during pull
Looking at the datalogs it drops 10 psi in a single frame, so I would suspect either a map sensor issue, or a problem with the turbo or the boost controller.
Re: Duty drop out during pull
I believe it’s these ZFR5F-11, I threw the boxes out a while ago but don’t have many miles on them. Pulled the plugs yesterday and they do look fine and healthy.DaX wrote: Thu Aug 20, 2020 5:23 am To me nothing looks off in your tune. I did forget to put I do have a four bar map sensor, speed factory (red), turbo was new when I installed it, probably 1-2k miles on it now if that, and mbc is new but I get those manual ones can throw fits and tantrums, but I did completely remove it from the system and run off pure wastegate and that issue was still happening.Spunkster wrote: Thu Aug 20, 2020 9:28 am Looking at the datalogs it drops 10 psi in a single frame, so I would suspect either a map sensor issue, or a problem with the turbo or the boost controller.

Also I do have the plugs gapped to 20-21

Re: Duty drop out during pull
Installed a stock map sensor, and went for a drive, after changing the setting in the s300 of course, still doing the same thing.
Re: Duty drop out during pull
Is it dropping the same amount of boost in the same areas?
Re: Duty drop out during pull
I haven’t looked yet to see what happens with the boost. It has happened to where it get stuck in a loop at the 4500ish point, where it’s acting almost like a rolling anti lag. Idk if I stated that yet. Also have been in the higher rpm, 5500+ from downshifting and then rolled into it and it causes the same dip in duty but haven’t looked to see about boost.Spunkster wrote: Fri Aug 21, 2020 9:07 am Is it dropping the same amount of boost in the same areas?
Re: Duty drop out during pull
The guy I’ve been doing the tune see it drop with the drop of duty. Just talking to him now.Spunkster wrote: Fri Aug 21, 2020 9:07 am Is it dropping the same amount of boost in the same areas?
