Finally got my flashpro and decided to put a base map tune on it figured it wouldnt hurt much(will be getting the car professionally tuned). Chose the one that closest suits what I have done on the car and took it for a test drive, felt great could definitely feel a big difference so decided to keep the tune on for a bit. Was driving regularly and my VSA, traction control, and check engine light all came on at the exact same time. Not sure if this is relating to tune or not but the car still runs perfectly fine.

Have you datalogged and checked for errors?

Are you running cold air intake, skunk2 race header and full catback exhaust basement setup from flash pro? Try to do some data log and maybe it will need a proper tune or customer tune for your setup.
