Nitrous / Aux 1 Fuel & Timing Adjustment

Snow Performance water meth kit is enabled via a switch and works flawlessly with the S300 right now. My question is instead of tweaking secondary tables there is the timing and fuel adjustment within the nitrous/aux area. What I gather is these values are "fuel units" so at say 4000 rpm I want to remove 3% fuel and 5000 I want to remove 2% fuel what am I entering. The guide shows values of 100 and 200, I just want to understand before I add or remove some values and it goes crazy.

You will have to experiment with the amount of fuel you remove to get it right. This should be done on the dyno.
