Qns :
Ign Retard , should the input is 10 , Means the true values is -10
And it will bypass the ign setting in the ign map . Am i correct ?

It will retard the ignition by 10 degrees.

under this function the max values is 64 meaning able to retard to the max 64 ?

I do not think it can mechanically retard that much.
