since I installed it( stage3) the idle surges it never did that when I had my p13 also I cannot figure how to raise the rev limiter ( the instructions on the site don't make sense) please someone help!!

you'll need to post alot more information if you want help. Like what you car is what ecu you're using what base map... just to start.
