Any android app that works with USB???

Just wanting to know if there was any android app that is able to connect via USB for datalogging. Really just want to watch over some sensors that is read in the ecu like coolant temp, iat, map, and a few other ones. For some strange reason my radio won't link to the kpro v4 Bluetooth. It recognizes it but won't let me even attempt to link to it.
