There is
2018 CVT
2018 Touring CVT
2018 EX-T CVT
2018 EX-TA CVT

Always just ran the 2018 CVT. Is that the best for the EX-L & is there any major difference between them. I get Touring maybe different but what about the other 3?

You must use the one that shows up when you plug in the FlashPro with it connected to the vehicle and click on New Calibration. Those that automatically appear are supported and can be used.
