Altitude with stock map?

I drive from 3200 feet elevation to Sea level every day to work and I can get tune pretty good where I live By doing data logs and I got it to wear I have had zero to no knocks but I feel like when I get down to Sea level I feel like my car runs richer which isn’t that bad but when I did datalogs and adjusted fuel according to my data logs I get from driving sea level I end up running lean close to where I live at over 3200 feet... so you guys recommend replacing my map sensor to aftermarket map sensor or what can I do to help with this issue because I’m not exactly sure what to do I’ve had a couple lean cuts because of it. And it feels like I’m chasing my tail trying to damn tune it I’ve been on my laptop for weeks :(.
So far I got it doing about 13.2/13.5 but sometimes 14 even at wide open throttle around my area but about 12.5-13 at sea level now so it’s pretty close but I just had some knocking at sea level at lower rpms and it’s weird because I’m adjusting some of the same ignition tables that I was adjusting at 3200 elevation To reduce knocking...
By the way my setup is a 2004 civic hatchback si with jdm tsx k24 kpro version 4. I also had one more question I have racing motor mounts and stage 1 excedy clutch can that affect me getting more knocks? Btw I didn’t mean to make such a long post hope you have a good day.
