I would suggest trying to reduce the timing in that area and see if the knock level goes down.

Open the calibration you’re driving on In Flashpro manager, then open the datalog. Locate where in the tables it’s knocking based on the knock events in the datalog. Then remove a couple degrees where it’s knocking and smooth out the ignition around it.
If you want some help with it, post the calibration file you currently have in the ecu and I can look it over for you.

All of your knock is in one area of the tune so that is good. Give this next revisions a test and we'll see how it looks.
By the way, there are other areas of the tune you should address. You are lean under WOT conditions, partly because the vehicle isn't entering open loop operation under WOT conditions.
What modifications do you have done to the car, you are also maxing the injectors to 100% duty cycle.

We may need to get you on a new calibration then. There is no reason to max out the injectors with such few mods. But we’ll see how the knock looks. Let me know how it looks.

Better, I took a little bigger swing at it this time to remove it. If it's gone on this one, we can start to add some back in.

ok thank you very much for the help provided, would it be convenient to start from 0 with an origin map?
or this map would be worth adjusting the calibration

It looks like it's not getting any better, I pulled a lot of timing out of it and it is still knocking. Could be partially how lean it is. But also could be something mechanical as well. With the knock being in only one cylinder, it could be a false knock or something mechanical like sparks plugs or valve adjustment.
I would definitely recommend starting you on an FN2 file that I have. Then we can reinspect everything. But it's up to you.
