Replace ECU and FlashPro/Link unlink - what is the process

I am trying a replacement ECU for my track car. No immobilizer. Same exact version (37820-RX0-A05)
I have the race version of flashpro
What is the process for unlinking it and relinking it to the VIN? (I think that is how it's mated)
Will my flashpro disable the immobilizer on the new ECU? (Bought off ebay, I'm sure the immobilizer is active)
Will I be able to go back to the original ECU with flashpro (unlink and relink) if the new ECU does not work as expected?
