97 civic s300 Bogs when downshifting

hi everyone im glad to be part of the forum maybe i can get some help ,
setup
1997 civic hatch
b16a, blox intake manifold, aem intake , dc 4-2-1 header, full exhaust, skunk 2 tunner 2 cams, buddy club dual valve springs and p-1 retainers. gsr trans stock fuel system stock fuel pump.
Here is the issue i had it tuned on crome and car ran fine no issues, i decided to run s300 and got it dyno so the car made 165hp and 111 tq ran good after the dyno. now i know the guy that tuned it knows what hes doing i dont want to say any names cause it might be something on my end or a setting at s300 so if i am in 5th gear and down shift to 4 or even 3 gear car bogs then quickly jumps into the tune i noticed it does this when its cold is this normal should i remove my mishimoto thermostat and install the oem i think running cold is the issue but isk im lost can anyone help me out

IT could be an issue it is running too cold. You may want to discuss the issue with your tuner.
