I had to change the crank and cam sensors for kpro in my s2000 to Hall Effect sensors. Does anyone have the pinout for the harness/connector that plugs in to the kpro? (to help identify the power/ground and crank/cam signal wires)

Is this the K-Pro specially modified for use with the S2000?

Yes. The sensors for the crank and cam were changed out and the supplied harness was plugged into the last connector

You must use the parts listed at: https://www.hondata.com/kpro/kpro-s2000

They plug in directly to the harness supplied.
