Ignition dwell angle/compensation

While the stock coils are great, we have been pushing them pretty far, 1000-1100 on E85, now that we plan to go further, we made a switch in coil packs to a GTR R35 coil. After reviewing a few threads on dwell times, im still confused and would like to know if its possible to get these values entered into hondata by changing the dwell angle/compensation tables. Thanks you for a great product, any help appreciated!

Could I simply use the compensation table to get it where I need it? For example....
5000 rpm
Dwell angle- 100
Should convert to 2mS correct?
Could I do a compensation at 13.5-14v of 1.7 to get it to 3.4 ms?

-100% voltage compensation would be no dwell at all.
Convert the dwell by rpm from crank degrees to time and see how it fits your target. eg 6000 rpm has 110 crank degrees dwell. 6000 rpm = 36000 degrees / second so 110 degrees dwell = 110/36000 = 3.0 ms.

So at 6000 rpm, if i change it from 110, to 125, that should get me to my target of 3.4 mS correct?

That should put you at around 3.5 ms.
