Hi Guy,

My 2017 CTR was turned by a local turner on dyno, and now my CEL is on I want to use the flashpro manager to check the error code.

But when I connected the flashpro manager it made an automatic update and show :

“ Caliberations are Read Protected. Please delete from FlashPro and upload orginal file to complete update ”

Since it is customer turned I don’t want to lose the data, is that any way I can draw out the turned data file from the flash pro, delete it and reinstall it after the update?

You can read the error code without reading or writing the calibration.

But if you want to upload a new calibration you will have to either have the password or erase the calibration that is on there.
