Car Wont Start

After purchasing the hondata tune and the instant jailbreak my car is in recovery mode and wont start, the flashpro manager says the ECU isn’t online. Im not sure what to do.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, what does it show in the lower left corner of the software?

everything has a checkmark except the ecu has an X next to it.

Use the help menu 'send feedback' with the FlashPro plugged in.

CAR IS ON & running great, Hondata customer service is next level and im glad I chose this over Ktuner
