I have an '04 rsx-s with ported RBC manifold, k-tuned 72mm TB, k-tuned fuel rail with RDX 410 injectors with pigtail adapters, k-tuned RH, k-tuned 3-inch oval exhaust and injen CAI. What basemap would be recommended to upload to my kpro ecu or only dyno tuned is recommended for my setup?

Modify the injectors in a stock k20a2 for the rdx injectors. If you can provide datalogs I can help with the tune.
