Kpro4 will not show igintion is on

- ECU part number (starts with 37820) and serial number (the number under the part number) 37820-prb-a05 2068-510737
- KManager version (not 'the latest') 4.4.3.0
- the calibration (as an attachment) Not needed.

- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU (don't include what sort of rims you have nor stereo etc).

- a specific description of the problem:

ECU will NOT show ignition is on, when it is in fact turned on. (bluetooth app AND laptop connection) I can only register the Kpro4, I cannot make any programming changes, download cal, or upload any cal files.

I verified the kpro4 daughter board was installed onto the motherboard correctly, and it is. All pins are connected correctly.

I put the kpro4 board into another prb ecu. I put it into my k swap crx Prb ECU and it has the same problem. I think this verifies that that ECUs are good (both the S2000 ecu and CRX k swap ecu), but the kpro4 board itself is bad.

What kind of options do I have for a replacement kpro4 board? Do you feel this is the correct action to take or am I wrong?
