Can not read any Values

I've had the ECU and S300 running in the car for about 3 Years. Over the winter i recently did some motor upgrades and was hoping for a good year. The car was running and i just wired in the wideband to d10 eld. I was reading values from the wideband and the ecu was working fine. I set the ecu to set the timing to 16° and was able to set it fine. After about 10 min the car shut off on it's own and would not restart. I noticed the values on the display were WAY off...
ECT- 302
IAT- 302
S.TRIM- (-)100
L.TRIM- (-)100
BAT- 0
IGN- -4
ECT.c- (-)100
IAT.c- (-)100
TPS- (-)13
ALL of these values are while the car is off with the igintion on. I'm thinking the s300 may have gone bad but not sure to as why? Can anyone help me with further troubleshooting/recommendations?
Thanks

I opend up the ECU and seen the J12 was never cut. What kind of issue would that cause? Odd because ive had it in and running for a couple of years.

Without J12 cut the ECU runs stock.

WOW that's crazy. I've had the car tuned twice before and nothing came up about it not responding. Thanks for that info I'll cut it and remove it. That wouldn't cause the issue I'm currently have though would it?

Thanks I'll cut j12 and see if anything changes. Any thoughts on why the sensors are reading as crazy as they are? I've attached a picture of what it looked like.

IT is because J12 has not been cut.
