Installed s300 and I cannot read any values

This car was running just yesterday with this exact ecu. I took it to a local Hondata dealer and had them perform the docketing service as well as install the boost control components. They did this for another ecu last year and everything went very smooth.
I have verified that onboard data logging is not activated. I only have the red flashing light on the board and no green lights after the key is on and lap top is connected. It appears as if it is saving the changes I give it and it will erase the ecu as well.
This car was swapped previous to me bringing it home. It looks like they did the DPFI to MPFI swap, then the obd0 to 0bd1 swap. As I said the car has been running this way for four years. Installed the S300 and no I have troubles.
Ignition is reading -4*
Map(hondata 4 bar) is reading -29.9
Ecu is 302
Iat is 302
Rpm will not respond
Tps is at -13% and will not respond
I cleaned any excess solder off the board. The only thing that changed before the install was wiring in an injector resistor box for some low impedance injectors. I have also downloaded the most recent Smanager software and drivers. No change. As I said it was working in this configuration 24 hours ago and has been without issue until the s300 went in today.
Anyone have any idea where to start?
