Does the resistor (2.4k ohm) need to be wired in on the plug side of the harness or near the ecu? I’m using the s300 v3 and I can’t get the sensor to show up in the datalogs on Input AN0.

It does not matter. If you switch the AN0 to voltage and disable the flex fuel input you should see a voltage of 2-4 V depending on ethanol.
