Kpro4 EP3 K20A2 help calibrating/tuning

Hi all,
I have recently purchased the Hondata Kpro4 brand new. I managed to link it to my car and upload a base map that came with the ECU itself.
As i am new to this and do not have a dyno available i will be doing all my logs on the roads. But unfortunately my island where i live has a speed limit of 35mph!
Would anybody be able to help me with a map for the setup i currently have and to add launch control at where is necessary..
