Adjusting AFM w/2019 Civic SI (Frequency vs. AFM)

What parameters do I need to graph to tune based on Frequency (Hz). In the calibration, my digital AFM is indicated by frequency, not voltage. I'm not sure what parameter to put for X and Y.
