for example when I click on ignition low or F3 the map dose not pop up same goes for fuel or anything else that uses a map.

You probably are using a mass flow calibration which does not use the fuel tables. You can switch by selecting 'Use MAP fuel tables' in the calibration but if you do that you must tune the fuel tables.
