Hi guys having trouble downloading my calibration after I had it tuned, when I try to download it says "the kpro does not contain a calibration", spoke to tuner and he says that it should be there, car starts and runs just fine, I just wanted to back it up on my laptop

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

What steps exactly are you going through to download the calibration?

Connect ecu to laptop with USB cable
Turn ignition on open manager go to online click download
I've done this before but never had gotten that message

I have a screen shot I just dont know how to put it in the forum

If you go to the K-Pro button and then click on the calibration storage tab, is there a calibration shown there?

Is the box checked to automatically store it?

Thereas no calibration shown, the box is checked though, could the tuner have forgotten to check the box on his k maneger

It sounds like the tuner erased the file after uploading.

Tuner sent me tune, uploads and downloads just fine, looks like he forgot to check the box so it saves the calibration when you upload. Thanks for the help

One more question, I'm wiring in a external wideband, I have the new aem x series 30-0300, there is no preset for it , could I use the preset for the older one 30-4110

You will have to check to see if they use the same calibration info.
