trying to do update this is what I am getting, not sure how to do what it is asking?

Ok I think I understand now, it wants me to upload the tune again but I am not plugged into the car so it is saying it is read only protected........

If it says it is read protected, then it means that whoever uploaded to the ECU last protected it so that it cannot be downloaded.
