boost controller adjustment problem

Hello,
excuse my bad English because I am from the south of France (google translation).
here is my problem:
I can not adjust boost levels based on gears when the engine is cold and when it is hot; I have very high levels when the engine is temperature (about 10 km of driving) then the levels drop a lot when the engine is hot (about 40 km of driving).
I filled in the table (pressure vs duty cycle) with the result that I got by gradually increasing the duty cycle which is 31% to 40% for a pressure of 5 psi to 27 psi.
then I filled the low boost table but the values are strange, it does not correspond with psi or bar or other but good! I arrive as well tuned.
my problem is the big difference between hot and cold and it's been months that I'm looking for and I can not do it and I do not want to put my external boost controller :(
please if you have the solution it would be cool

Post your calibration and a datalog showing the issue.

I will do a datalog as soon as possible

your pressure vs duty cycle table is filled out incorrectly. It is impossible to have a scale of 3.4psi-25psi, no matter what the duty cycle range is set to.
Please do some research to learn how to correctly figure out what values to use in the pressure vs duty cycle table.
Until you do the above, I suggest using gear based duty cycle.

Hello,
I did some research and I did not find anything,
you tell me my painting is badly filled (from 3.4 psi to 25 psi), so what do you think it will look like?
I would like to be able to boost up to 25-27 psi

Have you followed the instructions in the help file for filling out the pressure vs. duty table?

if I understood the Hondata manual correctly, I did the following method:
I note the value of the solenoid boost disconnect but recorder to the pipe, then I reconnected the solenoid.
I found 0.250 bar
I put in (fixed duty cycle) at 10% for the departure. --- 0 boost
15%. --- 0 boost
20% --- 0 boost
25%. --- 0 boost
30%. --- 1.40 boost
I reduced to 27% --- 1.33 bar.
after I increase as the values that I put in the table up to 39% of duty for 2.74 bar of boost.
the cut boost is at 1.85 bar.
the method is good?

I had forgotten, I noted the pression in (Graph) and I fill the table as I increase
the duty

You need to take a piece of paper, and use the software to set a fixed duty cycle and write down what boost you get from that duty cycle and do this for a range of duty cycles and then enter that info into the table.

You will have to try and see what works best in your situation.
