When tunning your MAP table . What do the negative G/S numbers stand for ?

Nothing. That's just how Honda has set up the AFM table. If the sensor has an output in the negative range of the table then there is a sensor fault, so the negative numbers are not used.

Oh ok makes sense. So when tuning the AFM table we should not touch the negative-g numbers
