Driver not installed error

I need some help. Ive been trying to upload a base map on my kpro and its giving me an off line driver not installed error. I try to install the drivers and gives me error. I have use 2 diferent laptos. 2 different cables. Installed and uninstalled the program several times. Still get this error. How do i fix this. Kpro came in my car 2 years ago

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?
