Red light next to usb port

i have v1 s300 has been working fine since i brought it (mostly operated by my tuner ) . I went to raise my launch control last night and for some reason it wouldnt allow me to do so and now im getting a red light next to the usb port and the car wont start.

What is the serial number that is on the s300?

That s300 is 13 years old and it appears the battery has failed. The only option is to upgrade to the new version 3 s300. Details on upgrading can be found at:

so the battery can die out and have to upgrade to a v3
