Kpro V4 shutting down injectors and intermittent no power

Hello, I'm having some problems with my car and suspecting the ecu or kpro board as the problem. I'm hoping you have some insight and can point me in the right direction.

So I'm having 2 problems. Here's the first problem and how it originated...
As of last week while driving the car started stuttering. It does it for approx. 3-4 seconds at no consistent rpm or speed. When it cuts out and then back in the main relay clicks off then back on when the car kicks back on. Also the CEL comes on during the cutting out moment. When this happens it doesn't happen long enough to even allow the car to stall. I plugged in my computer and monitored it. When it happens it's shutting down the injectors\/fuel pump. All my power and grounds including g101 tested good. When it happens the kpro stays on and connected and I still have rpm, vss, ignition, & map. My injector duty cycle, Inj M\/S and tps go to 0. I'll attach a log of the the problem so you can see it. I reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery, I swapped pgmfi relays with a known good one and I've uploaded the map to the ecu. None of these fixed the issue.
As of today (after driving it around the block this morning to get some datalogs) I got home and shut the car off. When I started it again the CEL is on constant, kpro wont connect to my computer or phone via Bluetooth, it shows kpro offline, the kpro board doesn't light up at all. Not even the small red light that normally lights up when the usb cord is plugged in. The car runs lean and horrible.(idling, I didn't try and drive it). This happened the other day and when I reset the battery it worked again. however I haven't tried that yet today. The vehicle has a few month old optima yellow top battery which is grounded to the chassis. The The engine and trans has 3 grounds to the chassis. I don't suspect this being a ground problem since the car has been running fine up to this point for the past few weeks and no changes have been made to anything prior to the problem occurring. I'll attach a log of the cutting out as well of a video of how inside the ecu dash today while the vehicle was running but the kpro board wasn't lit up.
