Hi Hondata,
My car is currently tuned (non-Hondata), i have since bought a flash-pro to enable my car to be tuned with Hondata.
Is there an easy way to ensure that my ECU is Jail-broken / ready to take a Hondata tune.
Car is a 2015 FK2
Regards
David

You can try to use the FlashPro and if it does not work then it must not be jailbroken.

Thank you for your reply. I can datalog with the Flash Pro is this enough to confirm? or should i try to upload a calibration. I am unsure of the calibration is on the ECU but do not want to loose it until i have a tuning session arranged.
Regards

Hi Hondata again,
I tried uploading the stock calibration and failed due to the ECU not being jail-broken which confirms my original question. However when it has failed it has put the ECU in recovery mode.
In the help files it says to re-upload the calibration however i cant due to the ECU not being Jail Broken. I have left the Battery disconnected whilst i go to bed to hopefully rectify this.
Any other advice?

Hi Hondata, Just for the closure of this thread, returning the ECU back to stock resolved the problem. Many thanks for your help.
