Kpro 4 - Wiring / Running issues.

Spec:
Car : Citroen ZX 16v
Engine : K20A2 - UK Civic type R - EP3 2004.
Hondata - Kpro 4
Hi,
I'm currently working through the wiring for my kswap ZX. I have retained as much of the factory honda loom as possible including the main relay & fuel pump relay. The car runs however when the key is turned back to position 0 the car continues to run ( very low rpm ) I have generated 2 error codes. VBU voltage high & CMP signal missing.
Checked voltage at pin E7 - 12v ign off - 0v ign on.
Pin E9 - fused switched live from the car harness.
Any info on getting to the bottom of this would be greatly appreciated.
