Dc5 turbo hesitation, bogging, misfire

Hi guys been having an issue recently with my dc5 turbo that I'm struggling to get to the bottom of. The problem is from tip in upto about 25% throttle the car is bogging really bad, give it more throttle then the car jerks and drive fine. Looking back at the data log the ignition goes crazy when this happens which would point to a faulty TPS but replaced it with an acuity hall effect tps and scaled it in kmanager, the problem dissappeared for a day or so then returned. I then put the 'tip in ignition retard' to - 100 which has helped when the engine is hot but the problem still remains when the car is cold and I'd say its getting worse.

The car has been tuned and ran perfectly up until this new problem.

Probably just a coincidence but at the time this problem started my iacv jammed closed and wouldn't idle, I removed, cleaned and lubed it and it was freely spinning. It's idling perfect now with no issues so doubt it has anything to do with the problem.

Going to have a look at the connector and wiring tommorow to see if there's any issues there.

Anyone have any ideas? And does anyone know what would cause tps 'noise' on a brand new sensor??

Thanks

Datalog and look at the TPS reading and see if it is smooth or jagged when you press it.

On all the data logs I've done the tps graph looks smooth, going to have another look at it tomorrow. Is there any reason why this problem would be significantly worse when the engine is cold??

look at the info on acceleration smoothing retard.

yeah since that previous datalog i have set the ignition retard tables all to 0 and put the ignition retard compensation to -100, its helped when the engine is warm, its still there but not as pronounced but when the engine is cold the bogging is terrible.just done another datalog there and the ignition doesnt go crazy like it did in the previous log but the prolem when driving the car is still there. ive attached the log i just done there, hopefully someone can spot a prolem with it. As its at its worst when cold i would rule out that the o2 sensor is at fault
