Kpro v3 security password issue

I've bought a DC5R with Hondata kpro v3. recently just found out that the security password is enable and previous owner forgot the password.
i tried to retrieve lost password and the kmanager prompted " problem sending password" .
I also tried to got. Online - Tools - Erase ECU(clear security) clear security successful. And I switch the ignition off for few minutes .
When I on the ignition and try to load the new mapping, the kpro security is prompt a window asking me to type the password again after Erase ECU. Previous owner forgot the password. And I failed to retrieve password . The error window prompted problem sending password.

Kpro v3 serial number: 13577
previous owner email : tuvtec@gmail.com
